MY PRINTER'S QUEUE IS OVERFLOWING!|????

It's like a spooktacular spectacle in here! Every time I try to launch something, it just gets stuck in limbo. I swear, I can hear eerie laughter coming from the printer. Maybe it's possessed more info by a phantom of the copier! My IT guy is probably going to have a meltdown when they see this mess. I wonder if I should try a printer reset.
